ASKING FOR PRAYER FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PRAY

My dear and favorite Pharmacist watched his wife battle breast cancer twice and survive then he had a really harsh battle with stomach cancer and came out on the living end. He worked for another few years and retired about two maybe three years ago so he and she could travel. I would ask occasionally and hear of the trips they were taking and the fun they were having. Today my daughter was in Staples and saw a woman having giant posters of him made and saying he has been taken off life support but is still with us. He was always so caring and informative during all of my cancer battles and he and I shared a wisdom the wisdom I share with all of you, we were kin in a cancer way. His name is Mel and he is a good man, my heart is breaking for him and his family. If you are a prayerful person please lift Mel in prayer that his passage from this world to the next will be a peaceful one. Thank you for listening, understanding and caring.

    It's horrible how some people have to suffer, he sounds like a very caring man.
    I wish him peace.

    Mel is very caring.
    Thank you Phil, I appreciate it, Mel was always quite kind always with a smile to greet me. I too wish him peace and a gentle passing, the world will soon be a little less bright.

    So sorry
    I'm sorry to hear of Mel's passing, as you said the world will be a little less bright with him gone, but he is in a safe place now with no pain or fear.

    It's always heartbreaking when a survivor loses the fight and even sadder when I read the posts each day and see how many new members there are.

    Everyone on this site and their families are in my prayers daily and always will be.

    I too lost a very dear friend last week we had worked for over 20 years together, it is a hard thing to see people who we love pass away. When my Mother was dying with colon cancer it too was hard to watch her go, but seeing her faith in Jesus was a blessing because she knew that when she passed this world the next face she would see was her savior. I believe the next face Mel will see will also be his saviors.
