That is so sweet, and totally appreciated. I will be honest, even though I really feel like I have been healed, I do get scared. I kind of hate to admit that because I dont want God to think I am doubting him, crazy huh???
Thank you for your prayers..
God Bless

it's Cancer Paranoia - anthing that hurts or aches or is off in our bodies..."damn, could be cancer". And the cancer paranoia on the spiritual side- you don't want to have bad thoughts cuz it might jinx the results.....
Sending good vibes for your March 1st scans...the power of prayer from this board will be in force for you darlin'

Hi Beth
Hi Beth,
I was riding my bike along the beach yesterday and saying a prayer for you and all on this board. It was then that I realized I hadn't responded to let you know I am remembering you in my prayers. I hope you can have some peace this weekend my friend.
Aloha,

However peace is now what I am getting. It is already starting the worring, the not sleeping, being scared. I was up late last night (on the board) because I couldnt sleep. I did some reading, some posting, and some crying, not just for myself but for others. I just hope Monday gets here and the test get over, then on to a new phase of waiting for the results. My stomach sinks just typing that part, but we have all been through it and I will survive it again. Thank you so much for thinking of me, wish I were there on tha beach with you.
I am trying to plan a summer vacation, any good resorts in HI that you could recommend?
Thanks, like you I continue to pray for all that are here. I sure hope **** is feeling well. Please tell him I said hello.
*HUGS*

thinking of you
Hi Beth,
Thinking of you today and praying all results will be NED!
To answer your question, I'm doing well (other than waiting on doctors and getting ready to start chemo soon again- but life goes on same as always around my house- mostly good for now
Anxious to hear your results- hugs to you!

Didnt hear from the ONC today, I will call him tomorrow to hopefully get the results. I was just telling Wendy how much this cancer sucks, after reading Marie's post about her sister. It just tears me up, and especially while I am waiting to see if I get the all clear or not. I am trying to keep good thoughts. I dont actually have another appointment with my ONC until the 23rd, but not going to wait that long. I can barely stand these past few days. I will call tomorrow, last time the ONC actually called me when I had called him about my CEA test.
Thanks everybody for taking a small amount of time out of your day to think of me. It truly does make a difference in my life. That's what so great about everyone here. I sure hope everyone realizes how much you actually impact another person's life. You all have been my rock through this crazy time. I thank each and everyone of you.
As soon as I know, you all will know...Stay Strong!!
God Bless

Thank you for thinking of me, I am still waiting for the results, we can all relate to that huh? I will be singing LOUD PRAISES OF NED hopefully very soon...Keeping my fingers crossed and saying lots of prayers.
Talk to you soon

waiting stinks
Hi Beth,
If you don't get your results when you call tomorrow, why don't you go to the hospital records room (or wherever the report goes) and request/get it yourself? I routinely do that everytime now the day after my scan so I don't have to do the wait, call, and wait some more routine with scan results. It's your right as a patient- if you call and/or request it, they have to give it to you. Shouldn't be a problem. Normally, scan reports are to the records room by the next day after the scan- sometimes even the same day at my hospital.
The Dr. would probably make me wait a week, if I waited to get it from him.
I'm hoping and praying for your continued NED!

Beth,
Thinking of you still and keeping you in my prayers. **** and I always pick up his scan the day after the scan. We go to the records department in the hospital, sign the paper work and get the report as well as a CD copy of the scan.
Looking forward to hearing good news.
Aloha,

Still thinking of you...
Beth,
Still thinking of you. Waiting is SO hard!! I am sending you loving thoughts and prayers and hope you get the good news today. If you recall I had my colonscopy Monday. The DR said all clear and to come back in 3 years. I laughed...I hope I can be back there in three years!
