Abdonimal pain
I have had the same problem. One cup of food at first, back in December, was too much. I have learned to eat smaller portions more often. I probably eat 6-7 times a day or more. I am really careful at dinner. If I over eat at dinner it is hard to sleep due to the pain. I have also learned not to eat dense red meat.I stick with fish, chicken, turkey. I know eveyone is different but this seems to work for me. I had surgery on 11-20-09 and weighed 248. Today I am about 202 and lose about 3 lbs a week while going through chemo. Doctor's told me I would get down to my ideal weight of about 180 before it was all over. I also look for foods with high protein. Some days the foods I eat taste fine and then tomorrow they taste different. I do not drink anything when eating either, wait about an hour after eating to drink fluids. Drinking when eating fills up the stomach and allows you to eat even less. Hope this helps.
