This video really moved me...it reminded me of our purpose on this discussion board. We carry each other to our goal of dancing with NED. I would like to thank everyone for all the comfort and advice I have received since last summer, when I joined the club no one wants to belong to.

    Thanks for sharing...I am having a difficult day for many reasons and your video helps to keep it all in perspective. Pat's response-"I am finding that others need us to depend on them to give them a feeling of self worth."...is so good for me to hear. I am having so much difficulty being alone and yet so much greater difficulty allowing others to help me. Thank all of you for being there...

    This Touched Me
    This film touched me to my very core. It made me realize that there are so many people who are helping carry me through this including each of you that are on this forum. I broke down for the first time and cried like a baby after watching this. I've discovered that illness of this type brings families closer. Even work families, forum families, genetic families, families I haven't met yet but that know my family. They all get behind and give support to those who are fighting this illness. I have never had the experience of having to depend on others in my whole life. I am finding that others need us to depend on them to give them a feeling of self worth. To get in touch with their own mortality and reevaluate what is important. Thank you for being on this forum even though I wish no one ever had to be.

    What an awesome film! Thank you for sharing this with us! What an example of all the things we find here. Determination, Encouragement, Hope, Compassion, and a team that we can count on to help us make the home run! Wow! That one had my tears flowing, it really touched me!
