Just got home... Disneyland pic's posted

Hello everybody. We just got home from Disneyland late this afternoon. We had a great time!! When checking in on Thursday morning they asked if we were "Celebrating" anything. Well, You know me. I told them "LIFE" and about how I just got finished with treatment for stage 3 colorectal cancer. Well, to put a long story short we got the red carpet treatment. Flowers in the room, no wait in line pass for 5, and at the end of each day a phone call to make sure everthing was "Disneyland fine". We sure had a wonderful time but was so tired when we got home today we all took a hour nap. If anyone is looking for a great vacation.. Disneyland was GREAT!!!

    So how did you manage the "big rides" like Space Mountain, etc.?
    Glad you had such and excellent time! You certainly deserved the red carpet treatment!

    Hey Roger
    Brooks did great!! He loves the rides and had NO problems. A few he didn't what to go on at first but went anyways. He never slowed me down!! I wonder how he'll do base jumping?

    Brooks, those pics are just gorgeous, Disneyland seems like such a wonderful place. My kids have always wanted to go, but wow, it's expensive, hopefully one day....

    I had to laugh about your son not wanting to get a haircut, mine is the same way, he's only 9, and refuses to have it cut short, which is ok, I like long hair, even on guys, maybe he's preparing for his "Rock Star" look ;)

    You have a beautiful family!

    Great pictures Brooks. Been to Disney in Orlando but never California. Great family time and really builds memories. I have a great nephew that plays hockey and same thing, long hair. Take care - Tina

    I just booked a Disney vacation for my wife and myself (last years Christmas present). I hope you were honest with us on how things went - I am going to Fedex you every bag that falls of on a ride!

    BTW how where you with all the walking? I get pretty fatigued and that is really my only concern atm. Would hate to miss something because I was tired.
