Review : Management of Women with UPSC May 2009
I came across this review while doing research for my mom. I thought it was pretty interesting given that it discusses the research that has been done up to this point for UPSC and what they recommend as the first line of defense and for recurrence. It gets a little technical but thought it could be a good resource when discussion options with your docs.

Thanks for posting this link. It was great to have up-to-date review plus bibliographic references. And, it opens up questions for my doc relative to my current treatment protocol. With such a rare form of disease, info is short on supply.

Its so hard to find recent information! and sometimes when I do, I'm not sure I want to read it. The good thing is that it sounds like most everyone in this boat is receiveing the kind of treatments listed in the review.
