I do believe this relates to chemo - chemo treatment. If I am correct on on the second letter, what is A/?

Yes, it definitely relates to chemo treatment, Janelle!
A = Adriamycin
C = Cyclophosphamide, aka Cytoxin
That's my cocktail! It's a fairly common combination of drugs, although some people will have A or C either alone or in combination with another drug, such as a taxane.
It's really a challenge to keep up with all the acronyms and abbreviations that we use, isn't it!
