Feburary- the CEA and colonoscopy month- I have now been off of chemo for a year, NED for 20months.

oh joy

So I will see my onc on Monday- haven't even seen him since August. I am not actually worried- just anxious- just the thought of the office brings on the dry heaves. Need a valium before going I guess.

Not sure on the colonoscopy yet- going to try and have it up here in the cities and avoid a trip to Mayo for it. See what the onc thinks.

I haven't been feeling well- I do believe it is time to see a shrink. I can't seem to get through this depleated feeling and suspect it it depression related. I do think retirement to a sunny and warm place would cure me!

    Warm and sunny
Warm and sunny sounds good! I know how you feel about just walking into the oncologist's office. I always feel like it hits me again, "I'm a cancer patient!" I do hope and pray your checkups will be wonderful.

When you walk into the office you can smile and say I BEAT THE MONSTER for that you get a blue ribon...

    All will be well!
It is funny how our memory works. Our body remembers and provides us with all the sensations, including nausea!

Sun and warmth are indeed the best cure for winter depression. Not always easy to get there though!

The days are getting longer though!
