I have tried some of these and they do work. I just get them so often form the Erbitux that when one gets fixed, another one gets started then I usually get them again in the same spot. I do add some anti-biotic creme and I will sometimes use the liquid bandage over it all to seal in the ointment and it just helps to heal things fasted. I use Aquaphor (sp?) on my feet after a shower and before the socks go on and that has helped my feet a lot.
Thank you for re-posting this info!

Have you tried
Bag Balm (Vermont's Original) Bag Balm in a square green metal tin. It costs about 3.99 at Rite Aide, Longs, Walgreens any basic Pharmacy. It is a basic ointment salve they use for everything including cows udders. It is like a vaseline texture but has antibiotics in it too. It heals in I would say no more than 3 days for sure. I used it on my hands and fingers they peeled horribly by the nails leaving them raw during chemo. I wore white cotton gloves when I left the house before I found this, because I bumped anything with my hands and they would just bleed like a stuck pig. Any way. Hope this helps.
