You are beautiful and have a beautiful smile. I have to get my picture on.
Blessings

I would never guess that was a wig! You weathered your treatments, none the worse for wear and tear, at least in your appearance. It's the big smile; I'm convinced that the big smile is the secret to looking good no matter what you're going through.

Looking good
Looking good, Ladies.
Just ordered myself a new wig. Last two I singed and they neither look very well!! Thought I might go without this time around, but hair getting pretty skimpy looking. And of course the white is a lovely highlight.
But I am ready to look like I have a fuller head of hair and who knows how long treatments will be?
Love you ladies,

Your wig looks just the same as your hair,

That was my plan......a wig that looked as much like my old hair as possible. I took a photo with me when I picked out the wig and again when I had it cut and styled. It's human hair and I treat it the same as my "old" hair - shampoo it, blow dry - even the curling iron.
When my mother-in-law died in late November and we went back to W VA to bury her, my husbnad's friends and family knew, of course, that I was having chemo. They had not seen me in over a year, however, and I think "is it or isn't it" was a huge topic of discussion when I wasn't around. Finally, someone worked up enough nerve to ask. It was actually very amusing.
