finally some good news

Today I received the results of my ct scan. My onc. called and said everything other than my bladder wich i found out about last week was good. no sign of cancer anywhere else as of yet. Hopefully I can beat this bladder cancer and see the light at the end of this tunnel. Maybe I shouldn't be so happy right now because of the bladder problem, but until today I have had nothing but bad news. Maybe I will have a party tonight and have some PEANUTS, Just kidding I don't want to go through that again.

    Hi Pat,

    I'm glad to hear your CT showed no sign of spread anywhere else! May I ask... do they know if the cancer in the bladder is metastasized colon cancer or is it a new cancer of the bladder?
    Any and all good news IS good news- so the clear CT scan everywhere except the bladder is definitely reason to be glad.

    Do as a guy with no teeth does at work,,,He takes a ball peen hammer, clean of course and smashes them into dust then takes a spoon and eats them...You have to understand this is Western Ky and we do a lot of things different here...LOL.....Have at it bud, and the report sounds great bud. The bladder will be ok, just be patient buddy, be patient,

    That does sound like good news...
    I'm curious like Lisa though and wonder if it's another primary or a mets.

    You deserve some good news. Glad you got some!
