Have one in both my bedroom and living room. Many years ago, post-accident, I had a trachea and on-going surgical procedures for 2 years. My family was told I needed the indoors humdity to be at 30%, and I have slept with a humidifier ever since. YES- use a humidifier, Cindy.

yes you should get one. I have used it for several months now and it does help with breathing and the dry throat. The better you sleep the better everything looks in the morning. As an added bonus I put that euculyptus stuff in the water and find it to be soothing to the nose and smells nice to.0 -

Cindy I use a cool mist type humidifier works great no heat to worry about and little dry mouth.
Same with me, Cindy. $30 at Walgreen's. Thing is, you must try to keep the unit clean to keep the mist clean. I do so every two days. Does make a difference.
