Hi Everyone,
My husband, Bob, will have his first PET scan tomorrow morning with results available to us on Friday. He has done so very well so far that we are staying positive. Prayers are the best medicine. Thanks to all of you wonderful CSN survivors.

    You and hubby are certainly in our prayers. Hope PS went well yesterday and look forward to hearing the good news. Sorry, you have to wait from Tues. to Friday. When my husband had his follow up PS in Sept. the doctor called us the next day with the good news. But you know how these people can take their time! Anyway, I know how anxious and nervous you can be about waiting! Take care.

    I love your new pic. The PET was better than a person could have ever hoped for. No signs of cancer anywhere in his body. His onco declared it an A+ report. Of course, he will follow up monthly with his ENT and have periodic scans, but as of today ALL is well!!!
    We also know that cancer is cancer and that it is nasty and can reappear. However, we have been given a gift and we will go forward and enjoy our winter in the south and appreciate every day.

    You are very special to me - I know you have prayed and prayed for us. I pray for you everyday too. Thank you so much for all of your support. Blessings. PK

    I am so happy to hear the good news, thanks you Jesus my Lord and savior.
    Our job is not over as there are still so many more here to keep the prayers going for.

    cancer in neck
    Hi everyone. Just joined. Diagnosed fri with cancer in my neck. From what i have seen
    this seems like the place i need to be. I go for neck dissection this fri. have a large
    mass on the right side. A little frightened by the whole thing,but I believe that God
    will take care of me. Any help you folks can give me would be greatly appreciated. If you do respond, bear with me as I am a two finger typist.LOL

    My new picture is not to be taken wrong- you must know the place with the Cross is the sky above it to have a sound opinion. Check your email, Hondo. Yes, Cindy, I would also like to think of us as family. All any of us has to do is remember the battle(s) it took to get into this family. Though I have only one bout with C, of which the lasting consequences are minimal compared to others, and being only 14-month, I would very much like to think we all are One, and it is good to be part of this family.

    Hi buddy I know the feeling of being a little frighten when you hear the word Cancer, especially when the doctor is tell it to you. Just to let you know there is hope and there are many of us here who have lived through cancer treatment more then once. You have a great start by putting your faith in God first, He will lead you to the right doctors and the right treatment, Just believe and keep positive.

    Do you know what type of cancer you have, it will help to know as there are many others here who can give you guidance.
