As for the cigarettes.....I quit smoking cold turkey Dec 18th 2007 from a 2 pack a day habit to notta...I was diagnosed with colon cancer March, 25th 2008....What timing...but, the good news is I haven't smoked one since Dec 18th 2007. I haven't quit, thats when I get in trouble, I just choose not to smoke each day. That gives me the opportunity to do so if I wish , but I don't wish to, and most likely never will.
