Welcome
When did you have your surgery?? I had bilateral with immediate reconstruction using my belly fat on July 29th .. although it was tough I was back to work in 7 weeks.. Implants can be different.. It depends on if they are expanders or just implants. Tell us more so we can let you know our experiences with our different reconstructions...

Are the implants the permanent ones or the tissue expanders?
I had tissue expanders from Feb-Nov. and then the implants put in.
I never had a problem with either the tissue expanders or my implants.
I would talk to your plastic surgeon.
By feeling better what do you mean--physically or mentally?
