Hello Everyone:

I hope you had a Merry Christmas. I have not posted in a while. I have been doing Taxol chemo every week and working and have been unable to get on to post. Taxol makes me very tired and all I do is sleep and lie down when I am not working. I had a really bad yeast infection under my breasts and in my esophagus several weeks ago, which was horrible. I have terrible finger and toe pain/numbness but I am still pressing my way to get things done. I have had two canker sores, which make it very painful to eat and drink. I am still encouraged and still know that by his stripes I am healed and will have the victory in the end.

    Hang in there. One thing
    Hang in there. One thing about yeast infections once they are healed they can come back so just keep an eye on the area. It's much easier to cure it if it is just getting started. So when it's healed just keep checking it. Hope you feel better soon. Hugs.

    I can't sleep on Taxol, maybe it's the Decadron they give me beforehand, but I usually don't sleep for 2 nights and then finally get a normal night's sleep.
    How many more do you have to go? I have done 7 out of 12 and so far that's been my only complaint. Thnk You LORD!!!

    Just finish Taxol in
    Just finish Taxol in November. After I was done. I lost 2 toe nails and my fingers and nails hurt so bad I could hardly use my hands. Now the pain is gone but my nails are ugly. They have white lines and some look like a very bad french manicure.They break and peel. I have been using tea tree oil. Does it help, not so much. I keep them polished. The taxol build up and toward the end of treatment I was so very tired I could hardly get the energy to do anything. Hugs

    Just had my first taxol this
    Just had my first taxol this past Monday and am in pain. My hands , fingers, feet and legs are very achy. No nausea like I had with the A/C and my appetite is back with a vengeance. I sure hope this pain subsides in the next few days. I can barely walk with this pain.
