The RAD B"S Rock Chicago
The RAD B'S threw a suprise concert in Chicago Christmas night in honor of there Human Resouce Manager Susan aka Christmass Girl. This up and coming band rocked the city like it has never been rocked before.
The lead singer's vocals went form soothing in one song to rock you hard in the next. The dancing was truely amazing. Who ever it was that dreamed those steps has a wild imagination and sense of timing. It is roomered they have been asked to do a guess appearance on So You Think You Can Dance.
What really stood out was the beautiful costumes that all the band members were wareing, there was so much bling on that stage that the whole group sparkled. There costume designer Step is a true treasure to this group, with her sense of style. The way she fitted each indiviual costume truely showed each members personality and style.
The lone man in the group Autours husband of the leader of the band Moopy Mohawk had everything running smoothly for the set up of the concert. He was able to advert a tanturm being thrown by the bands lead drummer TJ Tantrum when her drum set did not show up on the truck. Autours was able to find a local music store that offer a replacement set for the concert. When asked about this many of the band memeber agreed that the last thing any city wants to see is one of the tantrums thrown by this extrodinary drummer.
The band open the show with a Happy Birthday song to there own Christmass Girl, and followed it with beautifully sung Christmas songs. What really stood out with there music was when they performed songs written by different members of the band. The message they sent out to the whole city was purely and honestly stated. We are warriors, we are family, and we will not be defeated.
The RAD B's are a band of Breast Cancer Survivors who want to inspire other Cancer Surviors and there familys and caregivers to find courage and strenght in the power of love, support, faith. This band is going to go along way. There are roomers that there nation wide concert tour is soon to start.

The reports are true!
After the concert, while the ladies were hanging around their dressing room and swilling turquoise margaritas in honor of the Birthday Girl, the Mayor and the Police Chief of Chicago came to the men's dressing room (a very small dressing room) and thanked me for saving their city from one of TJ's famous tantrums. They pointed out that the people of Chicago would get their first good night's sleep since the Rad B's concert had been announced. Then they shook my hand and left.

How modest we all are....mentioning all of the dignitaries who came to our concert, and yet leaving out Chicago's most famous former resident, and music lover. No, not Oprah~ though she did send her regrets and hopes to make the next leg of the tour. I am talking about our own Barak Obama, who wanted me to make sure all of the Rad B's know that the Kennedy Center honors, featuring John Mellencamp, Sting and Bruce Springsteen don't hold a candle next to the likes of us!!! Whoo de hooo! I loved the opening number, "Daft Sods Deliver", didn't you???
It certainly set the tone for the rest of the evening! I'd say we rang the New Year in grand style~ who says we need to wait until January 1st?? Ift there is one thing Kindred Spirits know, it is to celebrate at any given opportunity! And the birthday of our own Christmas Girl was the perfect reason!!!

I guess there was no chance of my seeing President Obama and his Secret Service agents rocking out. But I did get to see Madonna turn green with envy and stalk off in a huff. That was pretty good.0 -

It was the most amazing fun in the world. You performers rock and you made my costumes look wonderful. Tasha, the charge was for the extra turquoise that I have to import from Arizona. You will be reimbursed. See Aortus or Sue or someone. Yes, I think that Daft Sods Deliver was my favorite number. Followed by Don't Pet my Daft Sod Please or was it Don't Please My Daft Sod Pet. Can't remember, too many margaritas. I think I spilled one on Barack or maybe it was his wife. I was so embarrassed but it's okay cause I told them my name was Pammy. Glad you averted TJ's tantrum. Good Work, Aortus. And Chen, ever the peace maker, you got her settled down while Aortus arranged for the new drum set. And Christmas Girl you looked so beautiful in birthday bling. Everyone just sparkled. Great solo, Jackie. Everyone was terrific.
It was great, let's do it again real soon.
