I haven't been posting much lately these last few weeks, but I have been reading most of the posts and thinking about all of you guys with this overwhelming sense of gratitude. The last few months have been pretty difficult and you guys have been a huge help to say the least. From coming to see us while John was in the hospital to all your insight and responses to our posts and even if you haven't responded directly, just the fact that your here is a huge comfort. This is an extraordinary group of people and I'm so glad to be a part of it.
Whatever it is that you celebrate at this time of year, I hope each of you is surrounded by love and good friends and a sense of well-being in the face of adversity.

Adrian
Adrian,
I share your feeling of gratitude to the people in our community. I also am so very thankful for this safe, caring place to come to for support, laughter, shared tears and friendship.
May everyone have a beautiful season to celebrate family, friendship and love.
Aloha,

Well said
Well said Adrian. I truly do appreciate and deeply care for my second family. Many friends and family do check in with us regularly but they continue on with their lives. Our lives have been changed forever. After Thanksgiving I was in a bit of a funk, worrying about the future but thankfully it passed quickly. I am thankful for each and every minute, hour and day with George and will worry about tomorrow when it gets here. Peace and blessings to you and yours. Love ya - Tina0 -
Gratitude
Adrian,
I couldn't have said it any better. When I joined almost 4 years ago (when Bill was dx'd), I didn't know where to turn for help. I had read all the stats, and was scared silly. Then I stumbled onto this site, and got so much help and comfort from everyone here. This is a very extraordinary bunch, I am thankful for each one of yous'.
Wishing you all A very festive season!
Hugs,

Better late than neverrobinvan said:Merry Christmas
Hi Adrian,
Merry Christmas to you and John. And safe travels to Illinois and new Jersey.
Peace and Blessings... Rob; in Vancouver
Just wish I knew of this site before I started my battle but better late than never. This site-you the people-has been a lifesaver or savior for me and my girlfriend, my sole caregiver. The experiences you've shared, the knowledge acquired, the hope given, the inspiration provided has meant so much. THANK YOU ALL and hopefully next year if we're not NED, at least let there be less pain and discomfort. One thing is certain-NO MERCY FOR THE the DRAGON.....Cancer don't care who it gets so ****YOU CANCER.....sTEVE0
