Breast Cancer Angel Poem

Merry Christmas, Dear Sisters in the Fight!

I wanted to share this poem I wrote about our common fight. I sent it with the ornament I sent to my secret sister - but wanted to share it with the rest of you. It is my hope that it brings comfort and peace to us all during this trying time - especially at Christmas. I really believe it is true. . .

Breast Cancer Angels

God knows what you are going through - you do not walk alone.
He's sent you lots of company - an unseen host unknown.
Yes, you have your family and friends to lend support -
but the company I'm speaking of is the unseen, heavenly sort.
God sends special angels - so loving and so dear -
to walk with you along this path so fraught with doubt and fear.
They may be those that have gone on, that loved you oh so much.
Or other souls that Heaven sends to give that special touch.
But know they are around you - upon your left and right,
to carry you when you can't walk or feel you cannot fight.
So don't despair and don't give up -they're there through thick and thin.
And with your BC angels - this battle you will win.
