How many ways to say 'Happy Holidays'?
or, Prettige Feestdagen en Gelukkig Nieuw Jaar (the more generic....Merry Holidays and Happy New Year).
Anyone else?????

Swedish: God Jul och Gott Nytt År! = Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Scots (Lowland Scottish): A Blythe Yule an a Guid Hogmanay = Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
PEACE!
Chanukah Sameach! = Happy Hanukkah!
"...there's a lot of Christmas songs out there,
But not too many about hanukkah,
So I wrote a song for all those nice little
Jewish kids who don't get to hear any hanukkah songs--here we go...
Put on your yalmulka, here comes hanukkah
Its so much fun-akkah to celebrate hanukkah,
Hanukkah is the festival of lights,
Instead of one day of presents,
We have eight crazy nights.

Enjoy the festival of lights that begins this weekend!

Wow! We have so many ways!!!
Thanks, all, for sharing!!!!
We here in Southern California (!) are experiencing freezing nights and cold days. We seem to be sending much worse to you all east of us...I keep you in my prayers...
I caught something on the cruise (no, not the 'taco flu' (H1N1)) so I have been forced to stay flat on my back with extreme vertigo. Today is the first I have checked this thread...what great responses!!!

Kathi,
My sister had the same problem after her cruise, make sure you hav a doctor check it out. It was some sort of inner ear thing and it took awhile to get better, but the doc was able togiver her something to speed it up.
