Good for you!
I remember being scared to death of starting the chemo - then when it was over, I was scared about being "on my own" - with no more treatments (I didn't have rads) - I'll be praying that the rads aren't too bad for you! Hopefully that will pass quickly for you - take care & let others take care of you when they can!
much love,
Jenny
P.S. Thanks for your 2nd post to one of my previous posts - I thought I had offeneded you in some way and felt REALLY dumb! Being somewhat new, I wasn't sure about how everything worked yet!0 -

Hi Skeets, glad to hear you're almost done with chemo. That calls for a celebration. Let us know when you have your last one. Another hurdle out of the way. BTW, I love your photo.0 -
That is a wonderful feeling,
That is a wonderful feeling, isn't it!! I'm so happy for you and then it will be on to rads....they are just as doable as chemo is. A little more of a pain in the butt because they are daily, but very doable too. Good luck and we'll celebrate your milestone real soon. Keep us posted on your final chemo day!0 -

Congratulation that is reason to celebrate, you did it! Now your hair will start growing back and that is another reason to celebrate. It keeps getting better and better. God is good and he makes our life good. Now on to radiation, your just getting closer and closer to being cancer free, have a sweet nite! Mary0 -

Crossing the Finish Line
Congratulations, Skeets, and pgrace. Chemo is hard, unimaginably so, and you two can be proud. One of my doctors told me that only 50% of cancer patients complete as much as 85% of their chemo regimen. So, take a moment to congratulate yourselves, and recognize your own strength. The worst part of treatment is behind you. Yea for you both!0 -
