Have surgery date!
I just wanted to let you know that my hubby will be having surgery on Dec. 16th. at UCLA with Dr. Maish. We have every confidence it will go well and do not foresee any complications, but as with any surgery, you never know. So, we are leaving it all up to the good Lord to guide the surgeon's hands and for my hubby to do well with the surgery and recovery period.
As for Donna and others who are having surgery soon, you are all in my prayers as well.
Blessings,
Shelly

Shelly,
So happy you have a date now, I will be praying that his outcome is uneventful and he makes a speedy recovery. Looks like Santa is giving a bunch of us a new esophagus for Christmas!!! Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers!!

Well Shelly,
One more date to mark on the calendar. It sure is getting full this month..I will be praying
for a very uneventful surgery.
Take it easy until then. It will be absolutely normal for you to be anxious and all of those
other emotions that you are going to have. I still have to tell myself to just breath.
God Bless,

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday too.
