was taken by me, I don't care how anyone types, just happy to see they are! Don't worry about all that
Hugsss!

I guess I didn't take any offense because I never noticed it The only time that bothers me is in scrolling chat which this is not that type of communication. No need for any apology.

It is o.k.
How could anyone think you were yelling or screaming? You have a pretty smile! It would be o.k. even if you were yelling and screaming. We all need to do that sometimes!
The oxy has made my typing difficult. Used to be like lightening speed, but know I have to go back and correct because everything is misspelled! I think using caps would prevent a "miss capitalize letter". I just hit a wrong button and pasted my banana bread recipe to this post! Wow it can get crazy!

Banana Bread Recipe
O took the recipe out of the post when I realized what my neuropothetic fingers did! But here it is. I like to toast it also! great compfort food.
Well here goes, I'm going to make some tonight because the bananas are too ripe to eat but just ripe enough for baking, I let you know how it goes!!!
For This Moist Banana Bread Recipe You Will Need:
- 4-5 mashed bananas (use ripe ones)
- 1 cup sugar (you can use less)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shortening or vegetable oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup nuts (this is just an option, you can also add cinnamon or something else)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C) and grease your loaf pan.
2. Take a large bowl and add sugar, shortening (or oil), and eggs. Mix for a while and then add mashed bananas and mix some more. OK, now add all the dry ingredients - flour, salt, vanilla, baking powder and baking soda and mix some more. You should get a nice and very thick batter. This is also the time to mix in the nuts of you want them.
3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for around one hour. When you stick a toothpick in your banana bread and it comes out clean, you are finished. Leave it to cool for a few minutes and - eat!0 -
