What comes out when I have an orgasm

That's what I thought it probably was. Have you had this happen? If so, how long did it take for it to stop? Did it stop without any medical help?
What is happening is that your sphincter muscles are relaxing a little bit at the time of orgasm. Now I know (from experience) that it takes to much mind and muscle control to tighten the sphincter at just that point in time. So what to do. Make a few extra trips to the john before you begin. Try to make sure your bladder is empty and maybe cut down on liquid intake if you know that "Tonites the Nite".
Hey give it a try. If you are like me you are taking enough meds already.
Good luck and enjoy,

Yes, piddle before you cuddle, it can help some.
Also, it helps to know that (in the absence of an infection) urine is very nearly sterile.
And--deep breath--have a chat with your honey about it.0 -

Thanks for the info guys!
I have experienced mild urine leakage that occurs instantly with erotic thoughts. It happens so fast that I can't even really anticipate it and try to stop it from happening. Case in point.... observed a very attractive lady leaving Walmart one day, and before I could do change my mind set, dribble, driblle. And, I am 7 months out from RRP surgery, and generally do not use pads in my underwear, other than when I am at work, just to be safe.
But, I agree with the previous posted comments, it sounds like you are having a significant leak of urine with orgasm. And the suggestions listed above should help you. I still insure that I have an empty bladder before even giving much "thought" to having sex.
Hope this helps.

As others have said, it's
As others have said, it's urine. However, there is also a little bit of semen-like fluid that can come out every now and then. There's a gland called the calpers gland that is responsible for this. I've seen it a couple of times but it's pretty miniscule.0 -
Orgasm
I had robotic prosectomy with the removal of the prostate and seminal vessels. Had read and therefor expected that there would be no ejaculate whatsoever. When this proved not to be the case, I was told that there are small glands that in some cases do deliver the ejaculate.
When I tried a daily cialis plus levitra, the orgasm produced so much 'fluid, I thought that I was liquifying.0 -

finbar,
Can you take two different ED pills at the same time. I take Cialis, but I never hear my doctor or anyone else say, "Take a Viagra TOO". CIALIS HAS BEEEN WORKING ON ME, but my wife was thinking maybe Viagra or Levitra would work better??
Comments???
Also, I am under the belief that if my incontinence subsides, my Erections will get even better?? I believe almost back to normal, less a half inch.
Comments??
Thanks,

Lionl:
If the one ED med is working for you, just stay with it.
I had no real response to Viagra (except side effects), Levitra nor Cialis when
taken individually. So it was recommended that I take both Cialis daily with
either Leviatra or Viagra. The ED response was somewhat better and
the orgasm much better as I reported. I'm nine months out from surgery. And hoping..0 -

Further thoughts on this subject. Fatty foods may reduce
the effectiveness of Viagra and Levitra as much as 20 to
50% AND it often can double the time it takes to act.
So, in this case, taking them before a meal is suggested.
You know those commercials where they advise you to see your
doctor if the erection lasts more than four hours. I think
it won't be a doctor that I would see!!!
