Glad to hear that you are on
Glad to hear that you are on the road to recovery. Wishing you much success. Even though you may be 'waddling like a duck' as you said keep up the exercise! Everything you described sounds pretty normal even to the Davinci. Have you worked on your weight loss to improve your health? Believe me I know it is not easy! In the past year I have really worked on it and have dropped 55 pounds since Late 2007. WHen I found out about my prostate cancer I started loosing weight with more desire to get healthy. As I said it has not been easy Since I do love to eat! What is my secret for weight loss? Sorry I don't really have one but the usual of eating more healthy, eating less, eliminating most dinners and adding walking to my daily routine. Also started lots of healthy vitamins and suplements.
I also have 1 small positive margin post surgery.

The weight loss is the next goal. I have done it in the past and this time I plan to stick with it. My 35 year old son has seen the light because of my PC and has started to eat a healthier diet and exercise more. He wants to do all he can to preclude going thru this.0 -

Weight loss plan thet works
Hello-
I have found a weight loss plan that is simple and easy to follow. Just search AMAZON for Dr. Gott's book called: No Flour, No Sugar. Or just eliminate foods containing white flour and foods and drinks containing sugar of sugar like sweeteners like honey and the pounds will come off very naturally.
Dr. Gott is a medical doctor and has written a daily medical advice column in newspapers for years. Many, many people have written to him to praise his No Flour, No Sugar diet or way of eating. My son and myself lost approximately 35 # each with this easy diet. Most importantly, this has become a "way of eating" for us and the extra weight has stayed off.
Good luck, John0
