Every now and then, I get fleeting pains along my incision line (3 months out from simple mastectomy with SNB). Anyone else?

i've had my reconstruction, and have an itch that i just can't seem to get to, and have been told "normal", also, i have felt like my nipple itched, and when i went to scratch it....opppps, i don't have one.....just gotta laugh. But now, i have a better appreciation for phantom pain.
