Magic Mouthwash for Mouth Sores

Since the replies aren't posting I thought I would write a new thread about the mouth sores. Magic mouthwash is amazing for mouth sores. All doctors and pharmacist know what it is so if you call your doctor's office and ask for a prescription they will know what you are talking about. It is a concoction that they will mix and it numbs and sooths your mouth. Hope this helps!

    Thanks Jami, this is one I tried to reply also. You are so right about the magic mouthwash helping once you get the mouthsores. The other thing I found that helps prevent them is L-Lysine, I buy it at walmart and really helps to prevent getting them. Hope this posts, but I am going to copy and save if I have too.     PS I am not sure what is happening to the csn site, sure hope it doesn't discourage new people who have just come here. The chatroom hardly ever works anymore either and I always go there in the mornings and have my coffee with friends.

    Yes, magic mouthwash is excellent. I also use Peroxyl which seems to prevent mouth irritations from even starting. BUT I do sometimes end up using the magic mouthwash. Great stuff.
