Hi Betty,
I have been trying to post to you for days, nothing is going through. I want you to know that I am thinking about you and Layne. WHO SAID THAT YOU CAN'T BEAT STAGE IV. AL IS
AND SO IS LAYNE.
I want you to know I will be thinking about you all day and I know how anxious you will be,
as you know I just went through it a week ago.
Please let us know how things are going. I will be home so if you need to chat I will be here.
God Bless the both of you!
Lots of Prayers

his total biopsy came in, no cancer in the higher nodes the surgeon checked. Yippeee. And we are set and ready to go on Thursday. He will be up and walking Thurs night...which is huge, seeing as he is having and IL.
His doc is going to triple check everything, looking at all the organs he can see, pulling every node he can pull. We are so thrilled to have such a good team on our side. And we are thrilled that the progress has been so great--and we have felt our hands were held the entire way. That is a huge thing. If there is one thing I would say it is to get a good medical team--one you really trust and believe in. Because you need to feel you are cared for and in the best hands. You have enough to worry about in the fight without worrying "maybe I should change docs." We changed three times in the beginning. Twice in Vegas then went out of state. You have to know they are fighting for you and with you.
Thanks for all the well wishes. We really appreciate the prayers.
