Does anyone have neuoropothy due to chemo? My dad's legs have real sharp pains in them? He just started chemo and I wondered if anyone else has had this and what to do about the pain? He is on three types of chemo. Thank you...

My partner had terrible
My partner had terrible neuropathy when he was on Oxalyplatin. His hands as well as his feet. He became so sensitive to cold that we had to keep neoprene gloves (wetsuit kind of gloves) by the fridge, as just reaching into the fridge was extremely painful to him. It went away after the chemo ended and his hands got better first but his feet took a long time to get back to normal. For quite a while after chemo ended he had no feeling in his feet at all.
Talk to the oncologist about your Dad and see what they suggest.
Hope this helps -0
