Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell everyone that just because your a stage 4 cancer patient going through chemo dosn't mean you can't do things you enjoy. I am leaving for cabo san lucas next saturday to go deep sea fishing for Marlin with my dad and brother, and they say life ends at stage 4 ( I DONT THINK SO ) I will tell you all about it when I get back!

    Wooohooo!!
You said it Pat, Hope you have a good time, and not let this cancer stop you from doing anything, I think so far it only stopped me from swimming, otherwise, we'll see how long I can stand sitting in a car when I hopefully go visit my relatives in New York or Virginia, though I haven't decided where yet..Virginia is closer, but NY is where my kids want to go... me too!

    Hugsss!

    Never Heard that one!
I never heard that life ends at Stage IV, it's news to me! It's the second round of life that begins! There are people who don't have cancer and their life has already ended, it's what you make you your time.
Please take photos, we don't want to hear stories about "the one that got away!" ;-)
Watch drinking the water too, it's spoiled!

    Have a GREAT time!

    Be careful
Be careful with the water and with fresh fruits and veggies, that may be contaminated with the water!!

    You go Pat
I thought life ended with Stage IV, too. But my husband and I went to London and Paris just four short weeks ago and I had FUN!!! I didn't let cancer stop me from doing anything I wanted to do while I was gone. It was coming back home that I didn't like LOL.

    You are so right Pat
I was deep sea fishing with some of my family just before my stage IV diagnosis and caught an 80 pound white marlin and have photos and certificates to prove it!! My colon perforated a month later and then got my stage IV diagnosis.

I will never forget that day and hope like heck you get to have that same adrenaline frenzy (reel, reel and your arms are like jello afterwards).

Can't wait to hear about it when you return. Have a great time!!!
