Not Cancer related... But my wife is making me a Dutch Apple pie today

I know this isn't cancer related. But my wife is making me a Dutch Apple pie today. Sure wish I could have some of you over to help me eat it and watch a football game. Maybe I'll add a scoop of icecream on it too. I hope everyone is having a nice Sunday

    That sounds so good, and yes! have that scoop of ice cream with it, I wish I was there pigging out and watching TV with everyone as well~we'd all have a blast!

    Lucky Me! I just had a hot fudge brownie sundae! Yummy! I start my oxyaplatin on Thursday, and I get VERY sensitive to cold things. Therefore I am having one every night this week, because who knows when I will have another one!

    Sounds So Good
    I'm not a pie eater, but that is my favorite with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream. Of course the pie has to be warmed up. Made apple crisp the other day with apples we got from the orchard (yikes they were expensive), but so well worth it. Hope you enjoyed your pie and game.

    Brownie, covered with Butter pecan Ice Cream, with some Baileys of chocolate/hazelnut Liqeur over it all.

    ...a good Southern homemade pecan pie, with scoops of vanilla ice cream all over it, it's the only time I even eat vanilla ice cream, since I prefer chocolate, but my husband bought these "Birthday Cake" Ice cream sandwiches, and OMG, I had like 3 of them yesterday, they were sooooooo gooood!!! He also bough "Banana Split" ice cream sandwiches that I haven't tried yet either, but I'll bet they'll be just as good!

    I think I'm going to make some brownies today, I love those Hot Fudge Brownie Sundaes too!!

    Well I guess you forced me into it. My oldest son and I looovvveee apple pie, apple crisp, apple turnovers, I even had a friend of mine's Aunt bring me a gadget that helps cut the pastry to make turnovers because I always made apple stuff all the time. I enjoy it and I make a mess I and got tired of cleaning the mess. So I quit making it as often.lol But my son and I have been craving apple pie for about two months now so I guess I am off to the races now. I opened a can of worms. My youngest wants a berry pie, which is my very favorite of all time berry anything. So I will be in the kitchen as long as I am up to it. Sounds soooooo goooood! I hope everybody enjoyed their goodies. Maybe someday we could all meet at Disneyland or someplace like that and hangout and share our experiences. Wouldn't that be something. Rest, eat, laugh and be happy for 3 days, and enjoy goodtimes! BLESS ALL OF YOU!! Make it a Great Day!!! Goofyladie (Cass)
