Now I'm nervous

Some of y'all may remember I had to go to the ER in June for the same old pain I've had since my surgery. While I was there they did a ct scan that showed what looked like a liver lesion. A subsequent MRI didn't seem to show it. I had gotten to where I was feeling okay about that, until I had a gastroenterology appointment after my recent hospitalization. The PA at the office mentioned it and asked if I had consulted with my oncologist about it. So I called the clinic and informed them about the tests, and the nurse said she'd pull it up on the computer and let the oncologist know. I figured we would discuss it at my Oct.12 appointment.

Tonight when I got home there was a message from the oncologist asking me to call him, as he'd had a chance to review my test results. He even asked me to leave a cell phone number. That just put me in a SCARE, and I doubt I'll sleep much tonight. If it's okay, why didn't he just say that it's fine?

I'm sitting here in a tizzy. Please pray for me tonight!
