Heavenly Hats Organization - WI .. has anyone heard of this Organization? Contact: Anthony

I met a women today, while shopping at Nordstrom's. She is a cancer patient. She told me about an organization called - Heavenly Hats.com. This organization provides 5 hats to every cancer/chemo patient -- free of charge.

I logged onto the website, and sent a general question to Anthony inquiring to the particulars of this program.

Has anyone heard of this organization?

    There is also the site where Lauren sends you the free scarf and a surprise. Have you ordered that yet?

    Yes, I also read about this in several posts. I went to the site the other day and placed an order. What a great thing for a young man to do. I also ordered the headwrap from Laurie but haven't received confirmation that it shipped. There are some amazing and giving people out there. It warms my heart!!

    It's a great organization. I first learned about it many months ago from RE on this board. They do a lot of good. I filled out their form and got two boxes of hats, bandanas, and even scarves in the mail! They even took my age into account and included things they thought a 30-something would like. They're great.

    I filled out a request form a couple of weeks ago, and very quickly received a nice box of 5 hats, some with designer labels! This journey into the world of breast cancer is helping me to discover that there are incredibly caring and generous people in the world! I also received a beautiful head wrap from Laurie. I was expecting an email about it having been sent, so was very pleasantly surprised when the wrap arrived without the shipping confirmation. Gracie

    I have and filled out the form back in March and received the box of hats. It was wonderful. I belong to a golf course and have set out a big can for new, never been worn hats, scarves etc for women, men and children and then at the end of September I will be sending those hats to Anthony at Heavenly Hats so he can give them to other patients. Jake will also be holding a hat drive at his school this fall and we will be sending those hats to Anthony as well.

    It is a wonderful organization founded by an awesome young man.

    Heavenly hats and Laura are both great organizations. It is so nice to know that there are people out there helping cancer patients for free.

    I am overwhelmed by the kindiness of both companies. I also, am anxious to see what hat's are sent my way !!

    I just received my hats yesterday!What a wonderful surprise after a horrible chemo week! I am talking to my daughter about sending them some hats for her hs student council project!

    Thanks for the info, i got on the site tonight and placed my order. I recieved two wraps in the mail today from Hats for Chemo, they are cute. My wig tends to get a little itchy, so its nice to have the wraps. Thanks again
