I'm glad they think they got all of it. Have they said whether the removal will have any impact on his functionality?
I'm going to be checking this post every day for updates and praying for him.0 -

Michelle,
I am so sorry that your brother has been diagnosed with cancer. I will pray for you and him. My heart just breaks for you, that you are having to go through this so close to losing your precious Angel. I will be thinking of you.

Praying!
Oh Michelle. I am so sorry. I know you really don't need to deal with another loss at this point. I am praying so hard that your brother's tumor is manageable and that his hip surgery is straightforward and he heals well. Just know that you are in our hearts and you can come to us any time for any reason.
Hugs,

It really stuns me that you are having to go thru this so
soon after your loss of your husband. I am so sorry and
am praying that all will go well with your brother. I have
been astonished at Sen. Ted Kennedy who has done well after
brain cancer and he is much older than your brother. They
are doing unbelievable things in treatments these days;
there is always hope.

Just wanted to say you and your brother are in my thoughts and prayers. You've gone through so much already, hugs, just wanted to send all the best from across the pond, and you and your brother will get through this.

wish the best
@Michelle: I wish your brother the very best...don't give up yet! Maybe he can have a quick surgery and that was all about it! Maybe, he won't even need any chemo, and this moment in his life is going to be just a past nightmare. See? God let him fall and break his hip...you know why? Not because He is mean and wants your brother to have pain, but because He wants him to stay alive, and be happy! So, He "helped" him so that his brain tumor can be found! If he never fell, maybe by the time you guys figure out something is wrong with him, he is already tied to bed, dying. Sorry to be so frank, but you have to look at it this way. He fell, broke his hip...and we have to see "yay! Good!". He got diagnosized (sp?) and can be treated either by surgery, or chemo. But he got a great chance of getting cured! Now, I will have a loooooong discussion with God, and thank for Him for letting this happen and thus, giving such a great chance for your brother to be around with us! I will also cross all my fingers for your brother and hope to hear about his recovery/treatment.
Please take care, and try to force yourself to look at it this way I wrote above..sounds creepy, crazy, weird, maybe a little offensive too...but know, there's no offense behind it...just my English isn't my strength.
Wish the best~

For your uplifting words. My brother does have the gioblastom type cancer ( already that is not a good thing) But he is having more trouble from the hip surgery he can't pee or poop they have to cath him every six hours and then suppository for the poop, He did get up in the chair yesterday. His blood surger is up at times has to take insulin shots he is not a diabetic maybe its the meds. But i am glad he is doing better.I will try to see him soon.I don't talk about the cancer I don't think he is ready yet i will let him heal from the hip surgery then we will talk. take care
talk to you all soon

Brother
Hi Michelle, I was wondering how your brother is doing. In your last post you said you weren't discussing the cancer yet, but wondered how he was feeling from the surgery and if he is able to go to the bathroom without all that "help." Also, I was wondering how you are holding up. You have had so much to deal with lately. You, your brother and family are in my prayers and thoughts.

You have been through the ringer and back. I am sorry for all you have been through and are going through. It`s horrible enough to have this disease but I thank God that I don`t have to watch a family member go through it. I think that would be harder on me emotionally than dealing with it myself. It must be very hard to be in your position. I think about if the tables were turned. It would tear me apart to see a loved one go through this, so I can definitely sympathize. Angel`s pain is gone but yours still remains.
God has a purpose for you and I pray that your brother is able to conquer this.
