Its been such a long day and I really am overtired. I think I have done ok with eating and drinking but the fatigue makes me so down in the dumps.
Thanks for all the support, advice and good wishes. It really helps to know that the taxol and herceptin regimen is easier to deal with. It will help me get thru one more cycle of A/c.
What would I do without you guys
Hugs

You are right the fatigue is one of the very worse parts. For some of us (like me) our mind still believes we can do all the things we used to and our body won't let us. That was and still is the most frustrating part. I had to learn to listen to my body and rest when I need to, ask others for help, and admit I can't be super mom, wife, employee, etc. but instead rejoice in the fact that just being me is good enough.

Linda, just take it easy on
Linda, just take it easy on yourself. If you are tired, try to take a nap or go to bed early. We all get down in the dumps, but, only for a minute. You have to fight this beast and you need strength. So, try to get lots of rest, do things that you love to do and take care of yourself first!0 -
Linda, just sending you someJeanne D said:Hi Linda
Just listen to the needs of your body Linda. Don't overdo everything and try to take it easy. This is a time to treat and pamper yourself, if you can. Get as much sleep as you can. That is so important!
Love, Jeanne
Linda, just sending you some cyber hugs!
