Back from Surgury
This surgury was alot different than the last one, probably because there was more time. The first surgury was so rushed, that I never even made it back to the pre-op room to have my IV started or those thingy's put on my legs to avoid blood clots.
For my first Surgury, I had to have that nuclar, urainium, platomium, or what ever it's called dye put in, The first shot was bad, but doable, but the second one hurt like heck, and kinda leaked a bit on to the gown. So they had to do the ex-ray over and over until they figured out the it was on the robe not a star burst in me, the last two shots weren't bad (for anyone who's wondering or having this done soon)
Sorry I'm wandering here I'm on lots of meds right now I'll probably have have to edit this a 1000 times. !!!!!!!1
Anyway back to yesterday.....Like I said everything was okay....I guess....I don't know if she got clean margins or not yet. I was so out of it even if they told me, I don't remember
The part I got scared about was that I thought a lumpectomy and a partial Masectomy were the same thing, (at least that's what my surgeon said before all this started) but when I got there and saw/signed the papers. It said the I was having a re-incission/partial masectomy done.
All of a sudden the fear set in, and I was worried about what was going to happen. Of course it was to late now to prepare my mind, so I'm kinda anxious. Worst part of it is that, I thought I would also have another drain, and a uncovered would, like last time. But instead theres no tube and the area is completely covered and bandaged tightly. So I can't even see what was done!
Plus the pain is 3 times worse than last time, not really at the surgury area, but behind it all the way under my arm. I can barely move or lift my arm in fact. I really hate the unknown,(obviously a control freak). Only good news is that the pain from the node removal scar is much better (less swollen) and all cleaned up and the glue is completely gone.
The doctor said I heal nicely and quickly too, and I have to agree the incission(s) do look good, but right now I can't see the one she went back in ARGGGGGGGh!!!
I'm kinda ranting and wonderin I guess, (it's the med's) Over all I feel good, just a little frustrated. But glad it's over.
Thanks every one for all your positive thoughts and prayers, I saw them on the other thread and really appreciated them.
Aurora
P.S. Thank you Kisten for asking how I was doing, I saw that too. Other that having to edit alot I'm okay, so I probably won't be posting alot today just reading.

Hey I have a question for you that I've been wanting to ask............
How do you change the color and size of your font. I'm assuming that no one else can do it either, cause yours is alway the only one I see.
I want to do that too. (whaaaaa)
Any secrets you can share ?
