Needle Biopsy Results -

I just received the results of my needle biopsy. All 12 were negative but the Urologist informs me I have a condition called prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN). My PSA was 5.8 which led to all the testing. Any info about this so called PIN and is it a precurser to Pc?
