just been thru a lot of treatment so I think it will turn out
ok.

thinking of you
I'm thinking of you, Beth, and praying for you too to be able to relax and remain calm and also, of course, for your results to be good! I hope you can get your results sooner- I'll pray for that too. I know you mentioned in another post about not wanting to get your results on your own sooner for fear you wouldn't know how to read it. I think someone suggested just getting the report, which is what I do. Good news or bad- I just always like to have a couple of days to digest the info before my appt. w/ the onc. That way if it's good, then I have relief and don't have to wait as long. If it's bad (not that yours is going to be!), I can digest the info and get over any emotionalism first, then I'm able to think and rationally ask my onc questions without my emotions getting in the way.
Here's hoping and praying for a good outcome!
Take care,

you'll be fine. keep the faith. although I 100% understand how you feel. I am supposed to get my port out the 30th. however, have not had (and he didn't suggest it yet either) another scan. I am supposed to set up a colonoscopy appt before I see him again, which isn't until sept., and am nervous also. was so excited at first with the news to get the port out, and I am going through with it, but sometimes, reading stories....makes me think I should rethink the decision...
hey - stay calm, and work on the commitment plans (that didn't happen yet right? (I forget alot). I still haven't had the nerve to look for a dress - I hate shopping...0 -

Trying to keep things going, but Wendy and I have both been so stressed, that the wedding has been the lst thing on our minds right now, we have focused more on the baby coming, that we know for sure will happen...LOL...I wanted to go to Vegas and do it over the holiday, but she is worried about money issues, like we all are, gots lots of bills and medical bills pilling up, and saving for the grand baby, and a few weeks after the baby is born my daughter turns 18 and i promised to get her a laptop for her birthday. So there are so many things on our plates, not to mention what the results will bring. Just one day at a time I tell her but she is a worrier worse then me.
I just had my annual colonoscopy and everything was good, dont have to have another one for 3 years YEAH!!!!! Wish you the best with yours.
Thank you again

PET scan
I get my second PET scan in the morning. If all is well, my ONC said it will probably be my last one. I hate that test because of having to have my arms extended over my head while lying flat for 35 minutes. Refresh my memory, do you live in Coolidge or Florence?0 -
