Going to the Gym in Germany????? No YMCA in Boise?? LOL
I was raised in Germany and am quite familiar with the Gymnasiums there~ funny how here in the US we conjure up visions of your daughter doing her studying on a balance beam or tumbling while having asperations of joining Cirque du Soleil! :-)
Of course, in Europe, the Gymnasium is rather like a college prep high school~ arts, history, languages, and the like are studied for a prescribed period of time. I believe they originated for young men in Greece, but I am not quite certain of that.
You are certainly starting the Spring/Summer off with a flair, aren't you?? Weddings, children returning, NED moving in (!!!) is a grand way to ring in the summer season!
ENJOY! I can think of no one who deserves it more than you!
Hugs,

What a joy
I just couldn't be happier for you and both your daughters...love and happy celebrations to all of you. Have the best time ever.
My daughter Jamie is also coming home and to be with me this Sunday. I am so excited.
Thanks for all your happy news, you made my day!
love,

Thank you for your good wishes, everyone
And, Thanks for clearing up the Gymnasium school info, Claudia. Gymnasium was very difficult at first since Annie didn't speak German when she landed there last August. It took a while for her to pick it up, but she is so spunky. I don't know how we're going keep her "down on the farm" eg. happy in our little town (about the size of Midvale) after living in Koln (Cologne), and traveling to England, France, Austria, the Netherlands (Kathy M!), and Israel. Love, Lynn0 -

Great news, Lynn!
So happy for you, for ALL reasons! I admit, I haven't seen a separate post from you that's specific about the pathology results; but, based on the other posts here - must've been benign. Woo hoo!
I'm sure your younger daughter is as beautiful as her older sister, the newlywed. Both like their mother!
You will all enjoy each other's company greatly, I'm sure. A lovely summer ahead for you, Lynn - which is absolutely wonderful.
Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards, Susan0 -

Lynn, I'm delighted to hear that you will be celebrating and enjoying both your daughters. I was looking for your post about your recent scare and I'm overjoyed it all turned out fine. Enjoy your family, Lynn!

Did you plant a garden? What did you plant? And how are you feeling? I have to say I am jealous of the amenities of the city that kneel at your feet. Having grown up in Chicago, there is much that I miss living in rural Idaho. Trade-offs, trade-offs..... You are dear to my heart. Lynn0 -

I clicked post too quickly before editing (with tears running down my cheeks)my post to you and after seeing all the horrendous grammatical and syntactical errors, I had to repost. So this is the erasure of the original post. Lynn0 -
how exciting for everyone!
so many are having their families come home for visits etc. It is summer and everything is happening! Glad for everyone, my visit was to the beach (Cambria) with my buddies from high school, and I did the drive with my mom (5 hours), so she could visit with a friend of hers while I did mine.
Hope everyone has a great time!
