How cool......looks like your looking right at me!! Great pic! Beautifly done! Bravo!! Pammy
Thanks guys, but I was actually trying to put it on my personal icon so it would show up on my posts. It shows on my expressions page, but not here (at least not on my computer...). Hmmmm...
By the way, my daughter's name is Xiaoxiao.
In Chinese, each "xiao" has a different character. The first one means "little" and the second one means "dawn." Technically, according to the orphanage that gave her to us, it means, "cute and adorable as the early morning sun."
Although we also gave her the Celtic name (my husband's ancestry)of "Brenna," which means "maiden with long black hair" or "raven," she decided at the ripe age of 2-and-a-1/2, when she entered preschool, that she preferred to be called, "Xiaoxiao" (pronounced "showshow" as in "shower"). Up until then, we had called her Brenna Xiaoxiao -- the preschool wanted to choose one or the other....
Anyway, what I really want to do is upload the picture to my personal icon! Any ideas?
Love you all, Debi0 -

You did do it right. Try shutting your computer off and then reboot and you will see it. Same thing happened to me. Good luck. Pammy0 -

Hey Debi! I can't see it either. I just see the other photo of just
you, which is beautiful. Dang it...wonder what is wrong.
What you think of my Wanted Poster? lol Love, Jeanne
Now it's suddenly there! Woo hoo. Guess it was magic.
We took the new picture a couple of weeks ago...I figured I wanted something more recent than the last one, which was from a year ago.
Jeanne--I love your wanted poster, you Wild Woman!!! Where did you find that?? It's perfect here.
gridley-- (I don't know if I spelled that right, but if I go back to look your name up on the post, I'll lose this message): if you go to the top of the page and click on "to create or update your About Me page," you can go there and upload a photo from your computer.
Hope that helps.
Love you all,

Debi,
What a beautiful picture of the both of you. Thank you for the "lesson" in Chinese... I looked at her name and wouldn't begin to try to figure it out. I have a "German" last name that people butcher all the time plus we named our oldest Rhiannon.... A lot of people can't even figure that one out. Continued best wishes!
