I'm a big sports fan. When watching t.v. today at the hospital, I saw Phil Mickelson playing at the St. Jude Golf Classic.
His wife, Amy, was just diagnosed with breast cancer and she's in her 30's. Shows that whatever age, cancer can hit anyone. From young to old.
My hearts and prayers go out to this family. Hopefully, they can make even a better awareness of this illness.

I am sorry for her. But,mimivac said:Amy
I heard this on my young survivor site. We have over 25,000 members who have breast cancer. Most of a them are under 40. A sizeable number are under 30. You're right, cancer does not discriminate. My best wishes for this family.
I am sorry for her. But, cancer knows no age limit. Lots of us are young, I feel, because
of early detection and self exams.0
