Everyone on this site seems to have a little friend symbol next to their names. How did you do it? I'm not too computer savvy. Thanks.

    Hi DM, when you log on
    Hi DM, when you log on everyone + sign next to their name unless you have chosen them to be a friend. When you click on someone's + sign they become your friend and then they will have a - sign next to their name. When someone adds you as a friend, they will see a - sign next to your name. Does that make any sense?? This is useful when you want to PM someone. All you have to do is choose from a drop down box that you'll see when you want to create mail.

    If you are wondering...
    why you don't see a 'friend' sign next to your own name, it's because you can't be your own friend....which suks, right? LOL But everyone else sees your sign so it's ok.

    Yea.. that sucks.. you should be able to be your own friend... I'm my own friend... sometimes I think the only friend.. lol okay.. Cybil is talking to herself again!

    Thanks for being my friend :). I know you are not your only friend, because you've got a bunch of friends on this site!

    I'm so happy that I found all of you, and my daughter is happy that I found you gals, too. She's actually seeing me laugh like I used to do. The only difference is that now I'm at the computer giggling like a school kid until well past my bedtime.

    Your young niece seems like a very together young lady. I think she will do just fine. You just hang in there for her, as I'm sure you're planning to do for a very long time.

    I hope no one is offended because I haven't added them to my friends list. I love all of you and want to be everyones friend. So I don't pick out certain ones to add to my list.

    Am I thinking wrong?

    Jadie,

    I, too, consider all of you my friends. I think the advantage of the friends list is, if you want to contact a particular person, you can do that much more easily by going to your friends list rather than searching through the membership directory. Right?
