THANKS, Jan!
Since I always drink water anyway - HONESTLY, I'm gonna try the "diet water" one! Ha ha!
During our much younger and crazier day... While driving along a street with heavy crowds of pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk, a friend used to yell out the car window at the very top of his lungs: "HEY, BOB!" Invariably, MANY folks would turn to see who was calling out to "them"!!! We'd laugh hysterically! :-)
Thanks for prompting that memory, too.
Kind regards, Susan0 -

MENTAL HEALTH......lol
I just want to add one thing.......And I am still laughing my butt off.......a friend of mine who has brain cancer went to a support group last month and the woman leading it, an RN who is a BC survivor of SIXTEEN YEARS, said that cancer IS good for a few things, the most important is getting you out of things you don't want to do by using this phrase.... after being asked to do something, such as attend a meeting....say "Oh no I can't attend, I have cancer." Being asked to volunteer for something you don't want to do, "Oh no I can't do that, I have cancer"... The leader said she STILL uses that as an excuse 16 years later.......I think about that and everytime I do, I laugh.......oh and by the way, I am so new to this BC stuff, but I have used it more than once, already! It works!
