How do I show a picture

Took a couple of photos, put them as a link on desktop... now I'm technologically challenged. Any help welcome. Thanks Jxxxxx

    Tasha, it can't just be on
    Tasha, it can't just be on your desktop, it has to be on the internet, on an actual internet site, like photobucket or just some random internet site. That is the only way you can get the http code or URL code to copy. Some people posted their pics of what they wanted to add on photobucket or Flicker. Make sense?

    HELP!!!!!!!!!
    I think I have finally Got It......BUT How do I be in here and clicking on photobucket at the same time?..when I try to go to another site, this one gets replaced by it. Frustrated as all hell. Hugs Jxxxxxxx

    You are alrady light years ahead of me...I don't even know how to put a picture on the computer from a camera! My niece put pix from my cell phone onto the computer for me~ I got notification that I hadn't accessed that account in 150 days and if I didn't go there, it would delete everything! I went to the web site, and never did see my pix...so who knows if they still exist or not! I hope they weren't anything important! Great as electronic progress is...I still have photos in shoeboxes etc from the mid 1950's! I can access them without a password or anything!! LOL

    Still havent figured out how to put an icon or a smilley or anything cute on these posts~ RE tried to explain it to me with no luck, apparently! I laughed at the link to the tutorial Aortus posted...I didn't understand the terminology on the tutorial! I'm not kidding~ I had no clue what it was saying!

    So, you will be just fine~ I expect to see masterpieces posted any second now!
