    It depends....
Without much more information, I couldn't say. How much pain, what does the pain feel like, is it constant, short bursts, aching, sharp and pointed, burning.... what else has been going with your body lately? If you have had surgery or radiation, yes. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, yes. If you are a teen and your breasts are developing, yes, to some extent. There may be other conditions that could cause pain also. Anytime you are worried about a physical condition, I think it is never a bad idea to get it checked out by a Doctor.

    I hope this helps. seof

I had that too for a while,
and quite some time after finishing my treatments. But I don't have those pains anymore. You may want to bring that up to your doctors though-just to be sure(I brought it up to my surgeon's assistant, and she said if it happened a lot between the 3 months before I saw her again-that she would set me up for an ultrasound just to be sure.). Fortunately,I was alright.

I still have a little pain
I still have a little aching and little sharp pangs in breast occasionally along with tightness that I work on constantly. I am a year beyond mastectomy. It takes a lot of patience and time. Never hurts to mention to doc though and make sure your situation is normal.

I still have some pain in my breast. My doctor said that is normal. It hasn't been that long since I had a lumpectomy and just stared radiation. It isn't bad, but, you can just feel it.

    Yes
I still have some pain in the breast that I had the lumpectomy on and the radiation. It hurts but not unbearable, just like someone said here, like a shooting pain every now and then. I told my radiation oncologist and my oncologist about it and they both said it was very normal. I am still healing and this is just part of that process. But, always check with your doctor's if you notice something new or are concerned.
