Thanks to you and your tutorials this has become such a vibrant, colourful, funny, expressive site. I think of you everytime I post a pic or link with gratitude. It was so difficult not post a direct link (as some are not computer savvy enough to copy and paste or just can't be bothered due to feeling unwell) or expressing emotions with pictures and gifs. I am just amazed at how this site has changed. A big thanks to you and hope Moopy is doing well today.

    Heartfelt thanks, Aortus/Joe! I've often wondered if the other groups/boards here look as colorful and interesting as this one/BC does.

    Nice of you, jan, and a good idea to "call out" Aortus/Joe in appreciation.

    All I really did was help you decorate the place - and you have done a beautiful job, too! Kind of like holding the ladder while y'all paint.

    Except... I have never once, in all our married years, let the Moopster so much as hold a paint brush in our home. She once helped me waterproof the deck, and that was quite enough. Or was she just training me to do all the painting for the next 50 years?

    Why do I even ask such questions here of all places? It's not as though anyone's ever on my side...

    I think we did and thanks to you for helping us! And, you do painting? hmmmmm I have a room that could..oh nevermind. haha

    Hey Mr Aortus...... I have a whole house here needs tittivating up......I have hundreds of turquoise clad god-guppies to assist. How about it? If you decide to accept my most generous offer please bring Moopy with you.......We can both assume a supervisory role whilst drinking Iced tea......Think about it.     It runs in the family - my Mom liked to do interior painting too. She had a rule that neither my Dad nor anyone descended from my Dad (us kids) would ever wield a paintbrush or a roller in her home.

    That's no doubt why I don't get upset when the Moopster assigns me random painting duties. I like painting. I never use a roller and I always take my time. And I always feel a little closer to Mom when I paint, which is a definite bonus.

    And he paints too........ Oh my. I USED to do all the painting, I guess not, anymore. Or maybe a cousin with similar traits. That will do nicely.

    My mom was am accomplished painter on canvis, no talent here but i respect that creativiy, all my luv jackiet
