The 'joys' of surviving....rofl!
We are moving my daughter to Redlands, where my mom and I live. This is so good! BUT, we have tickets for Holland to leave on the 16 of June...for 3 months....soooooo, 18 years of smooch (read junk) needs to be gone thru in my condo before we go. Plus, the actual move...teehee...always Kathi....raising the bar!!!
My attorney decided he should get paid first from the monthly settlement amounts, so we are negotiating a happy medium. There is a real fear that the defendant will bail on the payments before the end...sigh...
SSA has messed up my daughter's support again...it went great (for a month)! I now have my congressman involved...hopefully, THAT will be straightened out before we leave, too!!!
I am looking into online schools to start my 'new' career...as a paralegal!!!!
All of that said, it's wonderful to participate in life again. My cell counts are in normal range, my cholesterol is in good shape, as a result of my 'new' low-red meat, low-dairy diet for my colon health. I'm tired after a full day of cleaning...but it's a nice tired...
Hugs to you all...it may seem far away, but you WILL get to 'normal', too!
Hugs, Kathi

Boy, Kathi! You are running wide open! I get tired reading your posts. Where do you get the energy?
I am so happy to hear about your counts and that Hans's generator is idling smoothly. You guys are the best!!! Stay in touch when you get a second or two in your busy, busy days.
Hugs,

You were (and still are) the center of attraction when I first came in here and was the first to welcome me and I have never forgotten that. Your zeal, lively bouncing self has lifted so many spirits in here including mine when I had no where to turn to. Your new life with NED ness is very deserving for a woman that has done so much for so many ...I will always be grateful for you welcoming me and making me smile when I couldn't and showing me that there is life after cancer.....I love you for that and wish you and your beau the best that life has to offer..you sure have earned it......Enjoy every minute as I know you will.... Thanks again for everything.....Clift0
