Our dear JACKIE is off to BILLINGS...

... to begin her radiation treatment tomorrow, Wednesday. Most importantly, Jackie, we're sending you off with heartfelt hopes & prayers for successful treatment - which is #A-1 top priority! OK, all - now let's give her a "virtual" round of affectionate hugs via cyber space!

(Standing ovation - enthusiastic clap, clap, clap!)

In addition, other aspects of this portion of Jackie's journey deserve their own accolades, as follows:

Jackie is very pleased and comfortable with her rad onc. So, so important. For Jackie & her rad onc (clap, clap, clap!).

The American Cancer Society has arranged both temporary housing and transportation to & from rads - and will continue to do so, as needed - for Jackie while she's staying in Billings, away from home. For Jackie & the ACS (clap, clap, clap!).

Jackie's daughter will spend a few weeks with her in Billings. Wonderful! She'll provide her mom with welcome companionship, support and encouragement. For Jackie & her daughter (clap, clap, clap!).

Finally, Jackie will return home on weekends to be with her beloved Tootsie and husband. Or, should I have said husband first, then Tootsie? :-) For Jackie, Tootsie, and Jackie's hubby (clap, clap, clap!).

For our dear sister in pink, the one with a heart as BIG as the Montana sky - warmest best wishes, hope all goes well!!! We'll be with you in spirit - kindred spirit, as chenheart would say! - all along the way, as we have been and always will be. Please keep in touch, Jackie, because we'll be thinking of you...

    can I just say "ditto" ???

    One of our first cats names was ditto, and that last one I lost to the bobcat was Tootsie (had to make a full circle didn't I?)
