Okay I am nearest to Sacramento so as you can see by this map I am not near the fires. Where are the rest of you Californians?

    Did hear from Cat via another thread. She's OK, thinks Claudia/chenheart/50 ft. Woman is, too.

    Those fires look horrible
    I am glad that you are far away from them! According to the news today, they said the fog was helping. I hope that is true.

    I am so glad that you three are safe. What a horrible thing to have to deal with. I pray they get those fires out soon. RE, thank you for the map, I'm a visual person so it put it all in perspective for me.
