You Won't believe this!

I got my first pack of 'Drinking Vouchers' (Wages) tonight, a lot more than I was expecting! I told her: "Wow I didn't think it would be this much"...she said.."OK My Mistake, hand it over and I'll take half back!"
Am having an absolutely great time working, I really fell on my feet here..And she is just so happy with me, she never checks up on what I have done, just says, 'Hey Awesome, Great"..I for once feel valued. By My Employer, My Friends (here) , Myself... and 96 Guppies. Hey even my dog loves me!!!!
Seriously.. Thank you for all of your support, encouragement and Drive, I would never have believed such a close-knit, wonderful group of people existed anywhere. But YOU do! Thanks for the kick up the arse that I needed, and for being there to listen to my demented ramblings..... I love you all...HUGE HUGS JXXXXXXXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    That is wonderful. Sounds like your employer has a sense of humor as well. It is nice to have everything fall into place where you are VALUED by so many people and at home with all your animals. We are always here if you need us---well we all need you.

    Well, sweet Tasha, perhaps YOU are having a difficult time ascribing wonderful things to yourself; we who know you ( including your boss!) find it to be absolutley NOT amazing! We have known all along who you are, how you make us feel, and that good things would come your way. So there!

    Tasha ... I don't think any of us is surprised that your new boss thinks you are terrific ! We've always had confidence in you and know that you can do just about anything you want to do. Way to go !!!

    Julia, we always knew what a wonderful, sensitive and caring person you are and least not funny, with that dry brit humor which we all love. So.... we knew they would love you once you found that special job you would love doing. I'm glad for you that it has worked out and hopefully, they will give you more hours. Hugs, Lili

    PS: I also go back to work full-time on May 11th. Will be hard after having spent the last 13 years working part time but I'm ready for a challenge.

    Hey Lili, you'll be fine, I went from NO work to full time in 2 weeks, yes I am knackered, but somehow I feel more whole....does this make any sense? I have a great job, my own car (Bumble J Buckley 3rd) and a cell phone that I never turn on. I feel like I am independent and that at last I am valued. My employer today gave me a free hand, said, just make it look nice and inviting, displays sell, because nobody knows what they want until they see it all together,,,,,So I got creative..and LOADS of stuff sold! Of my displays she used words like "Work of art, Designer, Innovative and Stunning"...Said I should give myself a pat on the back, then did it for me.
    Anyway I have tomorrow off, back to work monday (yeah, Chuck is having a huge pity party right now, "what am I supposed to do?...I'm Bored, I miss you, It's a long day"
    Anyway enough about him.

    Tash I am so happy for you that the job is working out so good. You sound so happy. A lot better than just a few weeks ago. I envy you because your job sounds like a lot of fun. That is something that I have always thought that I would like to do. My job is b o r i n g.

    If I bottled this feeling alone it would be great! But the aching feet, knackered back and total drain of brain energy I'm sure would be unwanted side effects....Hell I don't care...I'm loving It..(Isn't that McDs or Coke or summat?) Hugs Jxxxxxxxxx
